PERSONAL TRAINING

 

Personalized and individualized training with progressions or modifications according to your fitness level. Schedule your training indoor, outdoor, or at the gym of your choice. Differentiated training for muscle mass gain, fat loss or physical conditioning.

CORPORATE FITNESS

Training for corporate groups. Train in a group and according to your schedule at work. I will organize a workout with your co-workers and enjoy a training session without leaving your job. I offer special discounts for larger groups.

GROUP TRAINING

 

The best of both worlds! Great music with a great training atmosphere. This workout is for groups larger than 5 people. Sweat and have fun in 45 minutes of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). With this workout we will use bodyweight or light equipment to guarantee efficient training with guaranteed results.
